With my two jobs I have, I have challenges with positive sleeping habits. I work three days from 6AM to 6PM, then I change it up and work three days from 6PM to 6AM. My final shift is short from 5PM to 9PM. Sleeping is an important part of your health. Trying to joggle it can be challenging.
My Mondays and my Thursdays are the hardest days of the week. Because of the change of time to work, my body sometimes struggles on these two days. On top of all of this, since March, I have only had 7 days off.
Eating healthy has been key to keep my body moving. By all means… Im not perfect. I have an addiction to cookies. ? I try to eat as clean as possible so my body isn’t full of caffeine and sugars. There are those moments that a Redbull just hits the spot.
So I’m asking my readers a question: When your body is tired… Whats your source of energy that you turn to?
I haven’t watched the keynote yet; however, from what I have read Apple has made some nice tweaks to all their OS’s.
What stood out to you?
Something that I have always believed in… I just don’t say it enough.
Howdy. It’s been over six months since I’ve made a post. Life, as you can tell, has been busy on my end. To get you up to date: I have left one career and joined two careers. I am now working as a security officer and with my father’s company. Both are exciting and keep me moving.
Because of all this moving around… I am also getting back to a healthy weight again. I got up to 230 lbs (Yikes!) but now I am down to 205 since starting these jobs in March. I am hoping to be at/below 190 within a few months.
Life is good though. I cannot complain. I have an amazing wife that supports me through all my endeavors. My family, always supportive. And my friends who are always amazing.
I recently purchased a gun and I’m in the process of getting my life carry permit. For those wondering… I purchased a Glock 19. Amazing gun to shoot.
Working security, I have become acquainted to many new people. Most of these new people are awesome, and some are becoming good friends. I have always been a person that enjoys meeting new people. I have always been a person that enjoys learning about people and how they live their lives.
Well… Thats all for now. Stay tuned… I want to get back into blogging again. It’s like a diary… That the public gets to read.
Flying Fake Cell Towers Collects Data on Target Fugitives, But Can Collect Data from your phone too…
“In the US, the Justice Department’s Marshals Service office is putting fake cell towers on planes in an effort to catch criminals by tracking down their phones. The problem is, those fake towers don’t discriminate and end up collecting data from tens of thousands of phones per flight” http://buff.ly/1wZlMVE
What are your thoughts on this? http://ift.tt/14kqxhY
Dear Comcast/Xfinity customers…
Times are hard enough to make sure you can catch your show when you need to. So… the World gave us DVR. And the World was happy. On day two, the World gave us the X1 platform. And the World was happy. On day three, the World takes away our X1 platform. And the World was, errrrrr, happy???
According to the Comcast forums… many are having trouble.
The code error, as seen above in the picture, is RDK-03031. According to Comcast, you see this message when the X1 box is having trouble connecting to the X1 Platform (just as the picture above states). Here is what is suppose to resolve the problem:
However, the instructions above don’t seem to fix the issue at hand. There are many people in forums that are having trouble. Many are saying their Internet works still, but TV is a no go.
Many have said they have tried these instruction more than once. I have the X1 platform, and I have tried three times now. I have called the tech support number multiple times. All I get is a busy signal.
I tried to use the online Chat for help. With this, all I got was a “Connecting to Agent” status. 40 minutes later and it still says this. Frustration starts to set it.
My Roku purchase seems to be looking better and better each time I use it, and tonight won’t be no exception. In fact, tonight will be an awesome night to catch up on those TV shows I have been missing.
According to tch3612: No Connection.
CVS and about 60 other businesses are wanting to create their own payment system called CurrentC. CurrentC doesn’t use NFC, it actually uses a QR Code??? Because this new payment system doesn’t use NFC, CVS has turned off ALL of the NFC enabled payment systems.
Seriously… this is the WORST decision that these companies can do. If you actually read into what CurrentC is, you’d want to stay far far away from it. Not only can CurrentC connect directly to you bank account, it can keep track of your purchases (and purchasing habits), and can get access to part of your phone that it doesn’t need to know (like Health data stored on your device).
CVS (and everyone else about to do this too)… you are in the wrong. What you are doing isn’t any different than saying… we don’t accept Visa and Mastercard anymore, only cash checks and American Express. SMH
I hope Apple and Google take down this app. CurrentC should be stopped before it is even implemented. I use my phone with Google Wallet at CVS all the time. Two days ago, the transaction wouldn’t go through. The cashier and I didn’t know what the problem was. Now I know why it didn’t go through. Wow!

I have been taking their products just over a month now, and the results have been amazing. The Super HD gives me much needed energy and focus. They also definitely help with appetite control. I have found myself eating smaller portions and eating more than just three meals a day. I have also noticed my waist slimming and toning.
The CLK is the amazing sidekick. CLK really helps with the toning of my over-all body. I have noticed muscle gain in the legs, arms, chest, and back. Taking this with regular exercise and weight training, has really help boost my results.
What work for you? What do you like to take to boost your training?

Wanted to give all my readers an update on my workouts…
I have been hitting the gym, at least, three times a week. I am seeing muscle gain and noticing a slightly slimmer waist. While I am not hitting cardio hard, I am still noticing many changes that is fulfilling my overall goal.
I will need to start up my cardio again if I want to see an increase in weight loss and an increase in cardiovascular health.
I will be posting pictures soon. I want to document this change as much as possible. I encourage you to challenge yourself and push yourself to the limits.
What are you doing to challenge yourself?
More to come…
